  • For buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only.
  • Orders are shipped within 0-7 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company norms
  • Belluxury ships its products all across India.
  • We provide several payment options including Cash on Delivery on all our products.
  • On the shipping page, we provide an expected delivery time for your order. However, these are only estimates and are subject to change depending on our delivery partner.
  •  Free shipping on all prepaid orders above Rs 999/-.
  •  Rs 149/- Charge on Prepaid orders below Rs 999/-. 
  • All COD orders will bear an extra charge of Rs 199/-.
  • The location, distance, and logistics partners all influence delivery timeframes. We are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by the courier business or postal authorities; however, we will assist you in tracking down a parcel through one of our partner couriers’ services.
  • You will get an email informing you about your package being shipped and its tracking information.

Shipping within India:
Once you have ordered from our website, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS. We pack and ship all orders within 24 hours.
You will receive a notification via email and SMS when your order is Dispatched. The notification will have a tracking link. You can get Live updates with the link.
We have tie-ups with reputed courier companies, so your orders will be delivered right to your doorstep.
Orders will be delivered within 7-9 days from the date of confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address.
You will receive a notification of Out for Delivery in email and SMS with the courier partner details.
 
International shipping:

We ship to the USA, Canada, UK, France, Germany, Australia, Singapore and UAE.
In order to make sure you receive our products without any damage and hassle-free delivery at your doorstep, we ship your products only through Air cargo so delivery will be made faster within 4 to 5 days.
