All Belluxury products sold in India are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty period mentioned below, starting from the date of purchase by the original customer.

Warranty Service

If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, Belluxury may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the defective product, or

  • Replace the defective component or product.

The service will be provided free of cost for verified manufacturing defects.

  • Video showing the product and the problem

Our team will review your request and may ask you to return the product for inspection if required.

Belluxury

Once the product is received, our quality team will evaluate the warranty claim within 48 hours. If approved, we will proceed with repair or replacement.


Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage due to improper usage or mishandling

  • Damage caused by incorrect installation

  • Issues caused by hard water, mineral deposits, or water impurities

  • Scratches, dents, breakage, or physical damage

  • Damage caused by not following installation instructions

  • Problems caused by insufficient water pressure


Important Warranty Conditions

  • Proof of purchase (original invoice) is mandatory for warranty claims.

  • Warranty service is available only within municipal limits where Belluxury service support is available.

  • If the product is located outside service areas, transportation or travel costs may be charged to the customer.

  • Warranty begins from the invoice date and will not be extended for repair time.

  • Any replaced parts will continue under warranty only for the remaining warranty period.

  • Belluxury reserves the right to repair, replace, or provide an equivalent product if the original model is unavailable.


Limitation of Liability

Belluxury is not responsible for:

  • Installation or labor charges

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Any costs beyond the original purchase price of the product


Final Warranty Terms

This warranty applies only to products sold in India and used according to the product instructions. Improper installation or misuse will void the warranty.
